I called customer service to ask for a money return to a late fee of $35. The customer service rep did not let me explained why i wanted the fee to be waived". She keeps repeating that they got the check on such date/. Basically, they are depositing the checks later than when received and so they charge a late fee?. I have my bank statement of when the check was paid and it clearly shows that they received it on time:. Back in july, the same thing happend, and I had to fax my bank payment history to get the late fee back, which it was returned|. Now they told me that they already waived one, so they can not do it again". The fact is that it's their responsability to process checks on time|. I shouldn't pay for that!. GE capital customer's service sucks. 1290f99
