Was not disclosed interest amount or fee to be charged....will not pay for credit. Phone call to "customer service" this morning shows zero balance due and went through "options" in automated dang script to cancel, cannot seem to get a HUMAN on phone to confirm cancellation?

Snail mail confirmation of closing account did arrive......"freeway" is buried in back yard...this is not meant as a direct attack on any one individual but the company as a whole......money mongers, no HUMAN feelings at all...DO NOT do ANY business with these folks

"automated dam thing said I had cancelled it......but still showed available monies and zero balance...on a cancelled account.....after sending this yesterday and immediate phone call came from the company "saying it was canceled at that time'....asked for confirmation email, they replied they had no email for me.....I know i placed on application twice...one hand cant see what other is doing in this outfit. Requested snail mail confirmation of cancellation of this account. Attny. on standby.
