Ge Money bank bills for Walmart.

I just got my bill in the mail yesterday and it is due for payment on 10/21/08 and today is 10/24/08

Im pissed. Im calling Walmart and GE and try to get them to extend and change my billing date to earlier in the month when I pay all my bills. Im retired and only get a pension check once a month and now Ive got Linens & Things calling me every day all and there is no one on the line when you say hello - so you have to wait for an operator. I just hang up - Im pissed!

File complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Office of Thrift Supervision. 

 

This is a violation of the Fair Credit Billing act - you have to file the complaints so these government regulatory agencies will make them fix it and fine them for their complete disregard of Federal Lending Laws
