GE Capital changed their website and I tried for 20 minutes to get on their new site and it kept sayign that it did not recognize me and then when I finally got the *** thing to let me in there was an account that I never signed up for and I also needed help on the site, so I called the number on the back of my card. I was on hold for 20 minutes and when I did get a live person, I might as well still be on hold.

I spoke with Caroline, who of course had no id # or would not provide it. I told her I needed help with logging on to the site and she said "IT IS UP, SO I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO". Well I don't know about the rest of the sites out there, but every site that is on the internet has an internet technical team to assist with problems like that. When I asked her for someone to asssist me in getting logged in or to reset my username so I could get on the site and pay my bill, I got the same *** answer.

I asked her for her supervisor and she of course then hung up on me. I have to say, in this economy you would think that GE would be concerned about *** off their customer base, but apparently they think it is ok to treat their customers like *** and hang up on them. I am so furious right now. If there was a corporate office I could walk in right now, believe me I would!

I am not going to do business with this company every again. I am going to post my distain on every public forum I can find.

I hope there is somebody out there that feels the same way I do. From the amount of complaints on this site, it seems there are.

Just sat on the phone for over 35 minutes trying to reach someone at the MySynchrony/Ge Capital's new payment portal.....I finally get a human on the line, she asked "can you hear me your line is breaking up". I didn't even get a chance to tell her no, I can hear you just fine (calling from a land-line & there was no static whatsoever).

She instantly puts me back on hold where I stayed on hold only for 7 more minutes.

Finally decided to hang up, guess GE Capital really didn't want the extra payment I was willing to send:0)

Really wish they would get a better customer service...maybe use a call center Stateside vs. overseas....

I have 2 cards w/them. 1 balance is under $200 and the other balance is under $500.

They are trying to make me pay $80 a mth for these dang on cards. Why in the *** am I paying almost $100 a mth for such low balances? Plus, it changes!!! One month I get a bill for $25 and the next mth I get a bill for $80.

I am not much for credit cards, but correct me if I am wrong...

the bills should be the same every month! I can't wait to be done w/them!

I am going through this right now with them. I just wish I knew what to do about it.

What's worse is that they lock me out of my account and when I try to reset username, password, etc., the *** site asks me a security question which has only one answer: Where was your mother born? Then it tells me my answer is incorrect.

Well you sound like the way I feel but what I'm going to just stop paying them at 78 years old my credit don't mean *** to me plus I'm on social security and they can not touch my check or bank account it hey r Protected by a federal law :(

this is so messed up!!

GEMONEY management is causing ,e to have late fee's and jacking up my interest rates and I cant get them on the phone....

It is now 2:38 am....have been trying to log on to pay my bill for over 2 hours now....I always pay on-line...now the site doesnt recognise me...my user name and password are incorrect...I tried to make a new one they say " this account is already registered...I have put in the same info over and over again, only to be told its not right. I am so frustrated !!!!

This company is a mess i used to have payments taken out monthly i paid that bill off i recently used it for a vet bill after not using the card for about a year , The payment was due so i sent a check they also took $200 dollars out of my account . I called and was told i have to go on line to *** the automatic payment from four years ago that i had set .

I can't get on line it doesnt work. They need new help could;nt even understand the person on the line from GE

Sprint is MUCH better now for cusmetor service. Call quality isn't always perfect, but their cusmetor service is nearly perfect -- never a problem they didn't resolve and do what ...

Another month, another problem with this "new" website! It is impossible to access my account online.

I have not been able to long in correctly since they changed the site!!!!!!! I literally have been making payments over the phone every month. Thought I would try it again, & what a joke.

I am so disappointed with this & the help they fail to provide for on-line assistance. :( :cry :upset
