I also am pissed off with GE Capitol Bank. I have a Brooks Brothers rewards mastercard that is supposed to earn points for money spent on purchases. It has been 2 years that I have had issues in receiving these reward cards". Before GE Bank took over, the Brooks Brothers Rewards program was great/. I have been granted 48, 000 reward points for my previous troubles according to my October statement and according to several customer service supervisors?. In many telephone conversations I have also been giving a serious run around:. I even went as far as to send a certified letter with return receipt from a bank officer acknowledging receipt of my letter|. I have yet to even receive this return signature delivery/.

I am now going to contact our states Attorney General to begin an investigation and am filing a complaint here in New Jersey?. YOU ARE ALL RIGHT, GE CAPITOL IS HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY UNFAIR TO THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS'. NOW I KNOW THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED BAD AND ILLEGAL SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!! 129128c

GE Capital is an absolute horror of a company, I had paid off my loan with citi bank before they sold my loan to GE Money I paid on a 5000.00 loan for a year and paid the thing off some how when they received the load there was like 2.00 and some change on the loan and next bill I got it was back at 5000.00. all interest and everything thrown in, so like an *** I paid the bill to not screw up my credit while trying to get somebody that understands english to talk to me. Nobody and I mean not a sole could understand what I was explaining to them. They speak english but for gods sake they cant understand english. They are complete idiots and I am finished giving them a dime. They even marked my account closed on my credit when they took it over so I know for a fact they knew the account was finished. Im already out more money than I should be due to these criminals.
