On 9/13/11 I called to find out what was the total valance. However, they gave me a balance that was the doble of the original amount before the payment plan given. GE Money Bank staff stated that it was because I was paying late and as a result I had a extra fee of $35.00.

I challenged the representative because how could I make a late payment, if GE Money Bank was deducting $20.00 monthly from my account. Then, I aked to speak with a manager. The manager indicated that this $35".00 dollars fee charge was included in the initial plan/.

In addition to the $20?.00 deduction, GE Money Bank is also charging a monthly amount at thirty five dollars ($35:.00) monthly without my consent/. Furthermore, this extra $35?.00 charge was never mentioned verbally when the payment plan was established on Dec|. 14, 2010 nor have GE Money Bank provide any written documentation with regard to the $35,.00 deduction.

Are you kidding?

I thank everyone who has commented on GEcarecredit, whatever they want to call themselves. The complaints and comments have at least soothed my sad mind and heart as to not being alone with this. I cannot wait to get far, far away from this situation.

Oh, this is a horrible company.

I sit here writing, deep in the night, after going online to see why the ridiculous guy with little command of my language (each and every one that calls, unlike other accent agents from other companies....I'm cool with that), two days before the funeral of my husband and father of my two kids. Of all the horrible things there is to deal with, included is this most hideous of companies in my 45 years as a grown up adult consumer. I briefly read some of the comments/complaints. I landed here by accident (on purpose?). Thank God....because this evening, after the agent hung up on me, as I sat in my car asking for the billionth time for the person with such a strong accent not understanding my question about MY MONEY, sitting in front of the Urgent Dental Clinic that was going to replace my capped front tooth so I can give a decent eulogy, I thought I'd lost my mind. I was going to use my Carecredit card at the dentist. The relentless calls all week, while I have to take calls dealing with death, a funeral, sobbing kids, and family calling that care; CARECREDIT is calling me to let me know I owe 3 times what I thought I owed. When I asked simple questions, the response is a mantra of a question back. They clearly do not understand. Last month is when this started, and now I can see this is the practice since the selling in the fall. The shocking, *** (yes, ***) $35 late fee is not valid. When I asked last month where the late fee is printed in my contract, he couldn't find it; so dropped that late fee and put another one on the next month! Are you kidding me? Are these phone people some of the global internet infiltraters? Am I crazy? Is the full moon made of green cheese? I know my pay practices, I know what little money I have and I agree and empathize with everyone on here, this company is freaking and creeping me out.

I only owe $1,300. I fortunately will be receiving $4,000 life insurance money. To keep my own health and sanity, and get out of this horrible, misleading, misrepresentational (GE, though it sounded good)

Three years ago I made a purchase of $2000 through City Bank. I signed a contract with City Bank for 2 years at 42 dollars monthly payment. Almost a year ago City Bank sold my account to GE Money...which never contacted me....I paid for almost a year 42 dollars to City Bank....then Ge Money contacts me saying that I have an outstanding balance of fees due to low minimum payments. Without my knowledge Ge Money raised my payment to 67 dollars, charging me 35 dollars every month because I was still paying 42. I have to call every month to get some answers; I spoke to managers and still my situation has never been solved....beside the times when managers just hang up on me while I talk. So I am entering my fourth year out of the two....and I still will have at least another year to clear my balance. I honestly feel emotionally abused! I would like to file a complaint to the Business Bureau, because GE Money is a SCAM company that should be investigated and closed for good for FRAUD.

Glad that I'm not the only one with the same issues with this money scheming establishment. Mailed my payment 12-31-2011 which was due 1-05-12. It apparently wasn't received until 1-07-12. Called to check on the $25.00 late charge but nothing could be done. At least that's what I was told by the customer service agent.

I will never do business with this thrive to screw the customer company again.

I'm very upset on how the company treats you unfair. The company impose late fees on your account even of you fall into a hardship. They do not care of your situation or your concerns.
