They closed my account to and i also pay them over the amount i am suppose to. I agree they are out to ruin your credit. They have the market corned.They have
Walmart,
lenscrafters,
Lowes and Sams all of them gave me credit and Belks too all of a sudden i started getting letters they where going to lower my credit. And one they even said i couldn't use it just to pay it off. So i decided to pay them all off and cancel all
cards and just pay cash or just save for what i wanted. Don't deserve what GEmoney is doing don't think it is fair.

Had a zero balance w/JCPenny hadn't used the card in 6-8 months received a letter closing my account (GEMoney). No reason, no explaination, no intelligent person to discuss it with. Will disassociate myself with Penny's and any other place that uses GEMoney

me too. i have never missed a payment in 3 years,paid my lowes in full to a zero balance last thursday and they closed the account yesterday! i've been on the phone with them for 2 days. the customer service corrupt and scripted and janice grady is a supervisor who should get a new job considering she calls herself an honest person- yeah right...
ge money is going down, president barack obama is gonna see to this in the next few weeks that ge money is held accountable for closing accounts in good standing . watch and learn ge money!
