GE Money Bank sent me an offer to settle my account because of the bad economy which I accepted.

Now they are saying i still owe them money and are sending monthly statements again and call on the phone 5 or 6 times a day.

saying I never had an agreement

I have sent them copies of the agreement including proof of mailings and the signed delivery receipt. Everytime i fax it to them they say they never received them.

I have now filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in the state of Idaho and am waiting for a response

Be very careful, dont be late or you will have a rude awakening, i did. No notice, and they do not care. Ask Vickie Mcderman, she is rude, and so are all the remarketers. No will help you. You are on your own. I filed complaint with the attorney general Texas.
