This is my first department store credit card, and majority of my purchases I make a payment as well. I've noticed when I make payments it doesn't post, so I started making cash payment in August/September in the Dillard's store. I went to make a purchase $35 and the card was declined...my credit limit is $800 I called on 11/12 evening,the automated stated my balance was 600 something and my last payment(100) on Nov6 which is my dd. I talk to a supervisor she stated a cash payment did not post until 11/8, and my September payment posted in November. The automated system disclosed the payment but the rep said I did not make a cash payment until she got my receipt# and they charged me fees. Then they close my account Sunday stating I had a NSF on cash when in fact I did not...which will cause a bad mark on my credit reporting. 1291542
