Never send me a card on Discount tire nor a single statement, they started collecting very first month, Guy called me and started yelling. His name was supposely: Ike Turner (Indian)". They lie abotu their names, they argue with you, they have outrages interest on a 12 month no payments deffered interest/. They do not document when you call?. They absolutely dont wanna hear you out and especially they don't wanna work with you at all;.

I had a balance of $1000, made a phone payment of $200 and guess what 3 days later my balance is $1400'. WHAT THE !^$#!K,. if i dont know the accoutn number and if you dotn send me the statement how do you expect me to pay?

I Also have a mattress firm account with them". This one is all fine I am getting the statements every month and i am paying every month'. Something is worng and it is not ME. 1291782

I applied for Walmart credit card at registry; clerk filled out application. Never received credit card, statement, phone call, correspondence - NOTHING. Found out they sent account to credit reporting agencies without ever locating me. I had to pay online way over the grocery charge that day before the collection agent told me they could not have contacted me because there was no address or phone number on their record - only erratic numbers. They could have easily found me in our city's phone book, or by my social security number. Now they have "bad debt - write off" on my credit reports, when I have excellent credit otherwise. I am baffled. What can be done?

I applied for a secret shopper position thinking it would be cool to do i was new at it did not no that i was the shop in return they cleared my account leaving me 4800 dollars in debt beware of the people u work for!!

I went to Sam's for my employer and charged it to there credit card. They told me to go to service desk, when I went there they told me I qualified for a personal credit card. I told them I did not want it and the girl shredded the information. Then I get a statement from GE Money with the charge for the school. Tax exempt yet!! I signed the little screen in the store as I have always done. What you don't see is that they have a credit card agreement printed on their side. I have a receipt given to me with the charges but I never have received a credit card, terms or conditions of a credit card. I want any information regarding this account purged off any of my credit reports. This is the most outrageous scam that Sam's and GE money have going. They released all my personal information without my consent. Isn't that identity theft, isn't it fraud to issue a credit card without revealing that you are doing so or providing the consumer with terms and conditions. That is suppose to be done before any charges. I don't even have a card but I have a statement. Any one that has knowledge of all recourse I can take against Sam's and GE money let me kow.

Have a account with them and had a payoff deal payed it off and now they are billing me for the amount they discounted on the account. What group of liers they need to be sued for consumer fraud!

I recently bought a mattress from a complany near my house. I was suppose to receive a statement in the mail but never got it. GE MONEY has been calling my house everyday about my balance. I told them im not sending them 2,000 payment over the phone, due to scams. They replied, We will send you a bill. 3 weeks have gone by and i haven't received anything. They called my cell phone last night. how the *** did they get that number? They told me that i owe them an extra 500.00 dollars ontop of the 2,ooo. Still i wait for a bill. I talked to the supervisor Tracey but when i called back for tracey, no one worked there by that name. These fricking people don't listen. they told me that i can not go to the store where i bought it and pay the balance. I have to pay them over the phone. However, the money doesnt go to them in Ohio it goes to a PO BOX in florida, but the company is run out of india. Sounds like a scam to me. Watch your money do yourself a favor and just pay for things up front. that way you don't have to deal with these idiots.

I applied for an Old Navy Credit Card and was told I already have one, which I don't. When I tried to call there was no record of me having one. When I tried to call the 800 number they gave me I could not get ahold of a human. GRRRRRRRRRR makes a person mad.

I too received a letter from GE Money Bank requesting my SSN stating that I had applied for credit with SAMS. I did not apply for credit; however, I did shop at SAMS the day the letter was written. I am filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. My letter also came from El Paso.

Want everybody to know that if you have heard from GE Money Bank you better move on it fast, & file a complaint, before they do something that will affect you credit. Like I mentioned in my post above last week, that I recieved a letter from them abt my Credit Card, threw them abt changes that were being made to my acct. I have never heard of this Bank, & I noticed that on the letter there was no phone #'s to reach them,& the letter wasn't signed by a real person, just GE MONEY BANK, Which I really found strange. They don't want to have contact with anybody, but they have the nerve to tell us we have accts with them, etc, etc. I never bothered looking for a # , but I did do one thing...I went online printed off a consumer complain form, filled it out, & sent it in with there letter, to the Consumer Complaint Dept in my state.Ilet them know exactly what I thought abt this Bank, & there dirty practices...I am also sending a complaint into every place I can find to file one, just not sure what the names of them are.I think everybody should do whay I did, & not even try to tt these scabs...They definately don't want to be complained abt, it stays on there record for many yrs, & is a blk mark against them...Dale

I recieved a letter from these jerks a few days ago, telling me abt changes to my credit card threw them. I have never heard of this bank til I got the letter. It Pissed me off right away, & I went online, & found a printable Consumer complaint form for my state, & filled it out, & also made a copy of there letter, to go with it. Needless to say The complaint, & letter are on the way to the Consumer Complaint Dept in my state. I also had my wife do another complaint,/with letter in her name, so that's 2 letters to them abt this bank at same time, not sure if that will work,or not, but trying it anyway. I have never had any credit card threw them, or heard of them before. I want them to get me off there list, or whatever they use to screw people over, & never bother me again...I recommend everybody fill out the complaint form, you never know what they might throw at us all next... My letter is also from El Paso Tx. I read over some of the people 's complaints that have had problems with these jerks. I noticed some got there letters abt the same time, & abt the same topics...Now that's wierd to me..Lets turn -up the heat, We will be the ones paying if we can't stand together for all of us.
