No Customer Support or Technical Support for advertised service!!

GE Money Bank provides various other company credit cards such as Chevron Texaco Cards and Banana Republic Cards. These sites advertise available reports that a customer can download to their financial software. None of it works and Customer Support at these sites can provide no information or technical support to help with the problems. They, in fact, belittle the customer and in so many words tell the customer they do not provide the advertised service. There is no way at the GE Money Bank site to contact them for help. They ask you to call the number on your credit card and that number does not connect with GE Money Bank.
