This appears to be an optical illusion, because in order to reach this lovely creature, I would first need a TELEPHONE NUMBER!!! The only way to get that is to take it off of a statement or from the back of a credit card. As it stands, I'm ont a customer and don't have either one of those available to me.
I plan on keeping it that way.

Written by marta, on 15-01-2010 13:33 Všem pěkný večer, nebojte se GE-money projeví zájem o klienta,jenom se zpozděte s platbou a už se toho oddělení kde neví kdo Vám kdy volal a setkáte v jednom dni se dvěma i třemi výhrůžnými telefonáty.Bezva banka,do té doby něž máte problém,my byli 10 let klienti co neměli problém,manžel pak přišel během 4 let 3 krát o místo,dobu si hold nevybereme,sice je studovaný právník,ale doopravdy místo nebylo,nemá žádný cizí jazyk,bohužel.Pak jsme poznali i druhou tvář naši banky,teď z nás udělali neplatiče,i když jsme úvěry hradili jak se dalo a předali na odd.exekuce kde nám napočítali 80 000 kč pokuty,za tři úvěry jsme platil 4600 kč měsíčně no a teď ,vyplatit vše včetně pokuty.Pojištění nám nepomohlo,bankéř se přehmátnul a nesjednal nám pojištění na ztrátu zaměstnání,jenom u jednoho a tam nešlo uplatnit,bankéřka aniž by chtěla potvrzení kolik beru peněz,bez otázky jestli jsem byl zaměstnán 12 měsíců před pojištěním ,neplatné pojištění,super.A nic se neděje,banka profituje na upomínkách a sazbách klientů,který byli do doby problému v pořádku.Odklad splátek nešel sjednat,údajně manžel neni vhodený adept.Ach jo,budou z nás bezdomovci,díky GE,doufám že máte sladké spaní i s poklesem obratů o 29% ročně,to je dost,tak proč ne to vymlátit z klientů. |

With that said, I have had two accounts (furniture and flooring) that were 18 month no interest. All were paid in full prior to the 18th month. No problems. I just called 866-519-2942 5 minutes ago, rang twice, answered by a real person and she closed the 0 balance account at my request. "Predatory Lender"?? Really? In my dealings I asked for the money, it was never forced on me. They did not hunt me down and force me to take a loan. |

I called GE in Connecticut and was told to call Zoey Sandoff 678-518-2183, she is the Complaince Manager or 866-844-6473 for Consumer Relations. No one answers the phone or returns calls. I called the company who did the work on my house and put my account with GE Money. They called and were treated just as bad. GE MONEY IS A PREDITOR LEANDER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TMEM. |

Written by emsgirl, on 15-10-2008 11:48 i agree , good luck in getting to talk to anyone especially someone that speaks english ! ive been trying for days to talk to someone in charge of credit cards and you are to talk to individual store/card people you want . i was issued one from walmart and denied a store card from lowes and bass pro. and no one can explain why!!!! |

The wonderful automated system didn't recognize the acct. no. so it kept hanging up on me. So hours later I am still on the phone 4 weeks after I paid the loan wondering where my title is that was supposed to be here in 5 days. |

The lady on th phone gave me the number 1-800-250-5411. Since I don't have an account, I can't go any further, but my friend with an account will try to go further. I know it starts out automated. Good luck to those that need it. You will be able to access your account with this number if you have your account number on you. |
