No way to contact by phone...

GE Money Bank complaint

I've been on the website for 30 minutes and can't get a single phone number to conatact these people. When I clicked on the "contact us" section there is a picture of a good-looking lady with ....a HEADSET!!!

This appears to be an optical illusion, because in order to reach this lovely creature, I would first need a TELEPHONE NUMBER!!! The only way to get that is to take it off of a statement or from the back of a credit card. As it stands, I'm ont a customer and don't have either one of those available to me.

I plan on keeping it that way.

called the # on the bill after I paid off my MC and since it was paid. The wonderful automated system didn't recognize the acct. no. so it kept hanging up on me. So hours later I am still on the phone 4 weeks after I paid the loan wondering where my title is that was supposed to be here in 5 days.

I called the 1-866-519-2942 number above and it's a number that is supposed to be only used by store representatives. The lady on th phone gave me the number 1-800-250-5411. Since I don't have an account, I can't go any further, but my friend with an account will try to go further. I know it starts out automated. Good luck to those that need it. You will be able to access your account with this number if you have your account number on you.

Call information and ask for the GE Company office in Fairfield CT. Then as to speak to Jeff Immelt - CEO of GE. Of course you wont get him, but then you can tell them you want the corporate consumer relations department - still located in Stamford CT. Good luck...

I was able to track down a phone number 866-519-2942. i don't know how helpful it is as i have been on hold with this number for 10 minutes. but we'll see.
