i was on the phone for over an hour trying to get
some one to help me with my bill no one came to the phone. i tryed three times to get to an escalation specialist.very angry.if i wanted to open an account it would take only 5 minutes.
Also tryied on line but it tells you to contact us by phone ha ha ha. this is the worst system i have ever dealt with in my life
