Received a letter in mail telling me that my recent payment was sent to my previous credit service provider. "You were notified of a change in ownership of your account. If you utilize on line banking you need to update the address with your banking service. I tried. Guess what? The address they included in the letter does not match the zip code provided so my bank cannot make the change!!! To add insult...the letter dated l/04/12 arrived very late....I just called them. They made a mistake....The new address is in Atlanta GA not Orlando FL. Should I charge them a distress fee? How about a 35.00 charge for a wrong address. They are the worst!!
