Paid off motorcycles company wont send pink slips

had acc with ge money bank honda card since 2004.original purch 7000.00.3 motorcycles i have been paying on regulary.made other purchases on the card over the years,original bikes at 6.9% for life,other purchases 18%-24%.along the way i ask to to get 1 of the pink slips for a bike they told me whole bal had to be paid off to get all 3 since it was a 3 bike transaction.i agree.time goes on i keep on paying down the card.i get to within 2000.00 of paying off orignal purchase.i call them they say make normal pmt then send extra pmt.when payment clears call back allocate where you want xtra pmt to go.i do exactly what they say they tell me pink slips on way in 30 days.get new bill they applied extra payment to whole acc instead of the rest of the bikes like they said they would.then they tell me they cant allocate payments any more because of federal mandate on credit cards, and by the way your pink slips arent coming till you pay whole balance on card which is now 5000 after extra payment.i asked why they didnt tell me before i made payment that i couldnt get pinks they said sorry. u were misinformed.talked to management they can do nothing i want my pink slips anybody have any ideas?

GE Bank totally sucks. DONT EVER USE!!!!

Charged unruley amount of interest. I hope they get what is coming to them and the bank closes down. I will be the happiest consumer on earth! Do not open an acct at ABC warehouse.

They use this horrible customer service bank. I advise everyone to write thier bad experiences so sooner or later they will be out of business.

GE Money bank and Chevron/Texaco

I was looking at my last few statements on my chevron/texaco gas card which is handled by GE Money bank. They are charging me 44 to 49.00 a month interest even if I don't use the card plus they charge a 25.00 late fee when a payment is late. I just can't believe how GE Money Bank is getting away with this rippoff. Plus customer Servis is somewhere in asia. I called chevron and they told me the interest will still be charged until my ballance of 1600.00 is payed of. Just isn't right.

What ever you do DO NOT have any dealings with SYNCHRONY BANK that is the new name that GE Money Bank, GE Capital Retail Money Bank & GE Capital Retail Bank have changed their name to. You should also not open any credit cards that use either of these several names yet the same bank they are just as guilty as this bank.

You can go to Rip-Off Report #114**** where you will see in the last rebuttal what stores & companies USE this corrupt corporation. This is from an Employee at GE Money, GE Capital Retail Money Bank & GE Capital Retail Bank, which is now Synchrony Bank! If you would like to see a 3-minute video on You Tube just type in GE Capital Retail Pay Pal & look for the Two Green Snakes. It is a video with the comments made along with very important information on why they put your account โ€œOverdueโ€ days before it is actually due & then charge you late fees amongst other things.

You can also do this on your cell phone there are no stops in the video when watched on your cell phone.

GE Money Bank

I have paid off my account to GE Money Bank the charge total was 309.00. Paid in full. I now find out GE is adding more money to my account EVEN THO IT IS CLOSED AND PAID IN FULL because they state that it did not get to their office and get processed until after the time limit. speaking to foreigners who are from Islamic background is a nightmare as they are always right in their eyes. And since they have all of my information they can ruin my credit. They are arogant and I am never allowed to speak with a Supervisor who can speak English, real English words. I now owe more. This company took my check on which it was the last 9.00 payment and destroyed that check and I am unable to find it anywhere. Even the Federal Reserve Check 21 does not have it. So it is my work against GE that they received it on time and the account is closed and paid in full. How can a person get help on this issue. Also in fine print on another type of business they told me that if you do not call ahead by one month to get the payoff they will continue charging interest and penalties. Also if you try to pay it by phone they charge you 15.00 extra as does GE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR NATION???

I was talked into opening an account at ABC warehouse which uses this awful bank. I planned on paying cash but got talked into this 1 yr.. no interest. What a scam. They dont care about customer service nor the people who uses them. Anyone who is using them should get rid of them. They will scam hundreds or thousands of dollars from you. Watch ur statements!!!!!! Now, this consumer is pis~~ and will spread the word to anyone and everyone I know. Yet to find out they are the ones who frauded the government. I hope they get whats coming to them.

Ge money bank lied about helping out.

It is a shame one of the wealthiest companies on earth has to lie, cheat and steal for money. after falling behind on payments on a loan, due to health and job loss problems, i contacted GE Money bank to see if we could renegotiate a loan, not a credit card. Was not trying to lessen amount, just the monthly payment. I was told if i made a payment of 775.00, they would reduce my monthly payment to 110 dollars, to be pulled automatically out of a checking account. I gave them the info and permission. They took the 775. i then got a call 3 weeks later, telling me i would be owing them 445 dollars in 2 weeks. When i bought up the previous arrangement, they had no record of it. I then asked if they could tell me what my payments monthly would be. 3 people could not tell me, instead coming up with some wacky formula based on some things they could not explain. I am not trying to get out of paying, just asking to extend the loan, but they seem to want all the money as fast as possible. It is a shame that one of the wealthiest companies in the world have to treat people trying to pay thier way so hard. I would love to know what they got out of the bailout.

GE Money is disgusting.They design their bill so that you dont notice that your promotional deferred interest is about to expire..if they were decent they would alert you in a manner that draws attention on the bill one or two months before... instead the information is difficult to understand, see...they need to post a big red exclamation warning on the bill the month or two before that expiration date.I wasnt even aware that I had one of these deferred interest accounts from that disgusting store Sleepy's who I had to fight with the CEO of that disgusting company who failed to replace a defective bed that I bought for my elderly parents.

I owed all of $250.00 from an original bill of $1400.00 paid faithfully and because I didnt see the January 9th expiration to pay the final $250.00 off, GE MOney grub Bank charged me $204.00 additional dollars Now I owe $404.00 instead of the final $250.00.. GE disgusting bank should redesign their billing statement so that you dont miss this crucial information instead it looks so generic all I see is the remaining balance.

How many millions of dollars are they making on people who dont understand or miss this information because of the way they design their bill? They are evil deceitful, mean spirited, unethical hated.If there is a Higher Power I have no idea why it lets these evil people get away with this and all the other evil people who are getting away with the worst sinful behavior

Ge money bank scamed me

i have two credit plans through GE money bank , when i tried to pay off one of the plans they scammed me . i sent two emails , i sent two seperate checks , i wrote on the checks stating that one was for a payoff and sent a note with the checks stating that i was paying one off , they just devided the money into the two plans , I think that it could be considered fraud . Whaen i strarted the second plan i aked if i could pay the first one off some time with out puting money toward the other plan . they said no problem

G E Money Bank is irresponsibly harassing people that have never done business with them...We have never used G E Money Bank, Yet they have been harassing us by calling our phone at least 4 times a day. They start calling about 8 A M and call as late as 7 P M They have called before but are now calling every day including Sundays...it is a recording and there is no way to contact them to let them know we are not the persons they want to talk to...I would NEVER have anything to do with this company.

I am having the same issues, since Jan of this year.. I was shopping around to re-fi, chose someone in May but GE Finance keeps calling and calling, now somehow they have my cell and started calling it as of yesterday.

I even called the person (Matt) back and left a VERY LONG voicemail message telling him to quit calling, I did my re-fi back in May yet they don't stop calling me.

I am not sure how to stop them. I have never done business with them.

Caleld over 20 times to my work today. they are not looking for anyone but want MY NAME- i refused to give it because i had answered with my company's name.

i asked who he needed to speak to, and he said "you" i asked his name again and he gave me an obviously fake name (john cook) and i asked where he was calling from and it says "it doesn't matter" we went back and forth with me refusing to give my name, etc. i finally disconnected the call. He proceded to call back continually. i was on another call when he called back one of the times and a co worker got the call- he make a sexually innapropriate comment to her.

she hung up and let me know what happened.

(little side note. i got a call on my cell phone from this number but when i went to answer they hung up- so i called to see who was calling me but i got a voice mail and hung up on them the same way they did me-especially since i have nothing with GE capital bank)

He proceded to call another 20-something times and i just would pick up and hang up- or transfer him into a fake voicemail account.

finally my boss had to get involved and call them. it s huge call center (no doubt in india) so basically the only thing we could do was block the number (which we did, but had to do through IT) and if they should call again (which he did) and my Boss answered and the guy asked for me, Boss said "no she is not available" and proceded to say over and over "please remove us form your list. threatened to call cnn and msnbc and report them.

guy called again while Blocking process was being put into place and was cussing at my boss and threatening his life.

Nice Reps you got there GE. I will NEVER EVER do business with you.

:( GE Capital is horrible! They are calling at 8:05 every morning, 2 to 3 times a day, EVERY day, and I can't make them understand that they have the WRONG number!!

No one lives here by that name! I have filed complaints with the Do Not Call registry, the FCC, the FTC, and just now with the Attorney General of my state. They generally hang up as soon as I start to say you have the wrong number so I cannot even ask them to take my number off. Rude people, Terrible company.

Every number I block they start the next day with a new number.

How awful are they to their clients when they are this miserable to a wrong number?? I'm tired of being woken up by this *** excuse for a company!!

Since my phone was being connected (a call came in immediately) on 1/11/10, I have been called daily, weekly or monthly by this company. They attack you in spurts calling days in a row after they promise you they will stop.

I have repeatedly informed them that we are not associated w/their debtor, that this has been our # for over 2 years, but they continue to wake us in the AM, and ruin our weekends. We are being harrassed for something that has nothing to do with us, and I think the previous commenter is correct, they are trying to bully people into paying other folks' debts just to get free of their attacks. We found out that our nightmare is over an Old Navy bill that was "not very much" money!?!?! I sent a letter to the P.O.

Box in El Paso, TX (as instructed) and this continues. This morning I lost it, after being woken up for the second day in a row by them, and promised they would never call again and I finally screamed at the woman to leave us alone. She continued to speak over all my explanations and frustration. I will now waste my poor AG's time with a letter and phone call.

I would NEVER do business with this organization.

I will never buy G.E. appliances, I now loathe this company.

Care Credit applied fraudulent charges to my account and wont reverse them

Michelle Smith August 8, 2010 Care Credit Customer Complaint I had to open a Care Credit account a few years ago when my teenage son needed to have dental work done. The first time that I paid the card off, I didn't encounter any problems with the company. The second time that I used the card however; I had a totally different experience. My payments were due at the end of the month and being a teacher in California, my pay date is on the first of each month. After several months of having to pay this bill at an inconvenient time, I decided to make an extra payment through the mail in order to get ahead a payment, to match my pay date. Making a double payment at the end of the month should get me on schedule for the next month, or so I thought. The next month, I was charged a late fee. When I called to ask why, I was told that I had been charged a late fee because I missed a payment. I explained that I had made two separate payments in the previous month, so that one could be applied to the current month. I was told that I had made the too early and that was why I was charged a late fee. I thought that this was a small misunderstanding that could be resolved. I was told that because the payment was received before the new statement was generated, they were both applied to the same month, and that the late fee would stand. After a few months of arguing with rude supervisors, I was convinced by a customer service representative to sign up for automatic payments. Previously, my payments were $25 monthly, with automatic payments, the required minimum payment way $50 monthly, that's double! I thought that I should go on and sign up for the auto payments to save myself the hassle of having to deal with these people and this problem. The first auto payment came out of my bank account, and was applied to my Care Credit account without a problem. A few months later, I noticed that my balance was getting larger instead of smaller, how could this be if I'm now paying double? When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that the automatic payments were set up for the 5th of each month, while the due date was the 3rd of the month. At the end of the day on the 3rd, I was being charged a late fee, and on the 5th they applied my $50 payments to the account. Again I thought that this was a small misunderstanding that could be resolved. As I started to question the agent as to how this could happen, I mysteriously got disconnected. I made a few more calls, in an attempt to rectify the situation, but to no avail, long hold times and more mysterious disconnections continued to occur. I was asked why I set up my automatic payments after the due date, I told them that the representative gave me that date, how could this happen? I told them that the first auto payment was fine, how could this happen? I was told by one of the reps that my due date had been changed, and now falls before my payment is due. I asked why my due date was changed; they had no explanation as to why. After 3 months of calling, automatic payments had been taken out for 6 months total, my balance was higher than ever, I still thought that this problem could be resolved, I was so, so wrong. In July, the 7th , month I called again and was told that I owed around $100 for that month, how? I'm still making automatic payments through this whole nightmare! I was told that no payment had been received that month because automatic payments are only in effect for 6 months, I now owe them even more money!?!? I have automatic payments on other accounts; I have never heard of that. I was told by representatives as well as supervisors that there is nothing that they are willing to do as far as reversing some of these fraudulent charges and fees. As of now I have no idea what to do about this situation, I am asking whoever is reading this complaint to put yourself in my shoes. I have tried to keep this account in good standing; however, this company is making it next to impossible. Please, any advice is appreciated. THEY CALL 24/7, TELL YOU ABOUT HARDSHIP PLAN, AND TACK ALL THE INTEREST AND OUTSTANDING BALANCE RIGHT BACK ON TOP OF YOU BEFORE THE PAYMENT REACH THEM, AND STILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT. This bank is the WORST BANK ever!!! They took my credit score from excellent to poor in about 8 months!

I am furious that the company that had us take a loan from them even suggested it! "Do you know how difficult it is for businesses to find banks to take loans for us?" was the answer I got. GE Money Bank should be shut down and totally taken out of the list of lenders!

Made all my payments on time and they charged an ridiculous amount of interest which they would not ***. Talked to 2 representatives and they were both rude and did not solve the problem.

Closed out the account and got rid of them. Do not use this bank.

GE & Sam's trashed my credit due to their mistake

The owner of the business that holds the Sam's account changed her address. So Sam's/GEMB chnaged mine to the same address. My bills were sent elsewhere. Thus I did not pay them. ~09/01 numerous hang up calls from GE MONEY started. on the 7th a message said the call was about Sam's credit card. Returned call. Usual obnoxious bill collector. Verified address problem and changed it. Immediately sent check. Assured all was well, no penalties accrued. A letter of explanation would arrive shortly. Shopped Sam's on the 13th, ~$188 worth. Credit was denied. Very nice & helpful customer service called GE. Usual badly accented english said account had been closed on 09/09 and a letter would be sent explaining why. Left cart. Same day got email that that 2 of my credit reports where posted with negative info. Got a bill from Sam's on the 15th for amount of check which included an undisclosed ~$16 late fee AND $1.79 interest. Wrote immediately wrote letters to Sam's & GEMB explaining incident. 3rd credit report negatized on the 19th. On the 23rd GEMB called to say they'd get back to me within 14 days. On the 28th GEMB called again. I returned the call. After the usual BS about recording the call for quality assurance a real person answered the phone. When I told her I was also recording the call she said the aren't allowed to speak to anyone RECORDING A CALL!! So a letter will be sent in 7-10 days. I have yet to receive either of the two previously promised letters. And so it continues.

GE Money Bank - SNAFU! Again

I used a Care Credit card via GE Money Bank some time ago and was annoyed with the service then. I recently had dental work and wanted to finance the payment; so I did it again, *** me, used the Care Credit Card. Signed up for auto payment; first payment was due 9/19. I specified a dollar amount that was higher than the minimum payment due. I did not receive any further notification via e-mail. On 9/25 I checked my account to see if the payment was debited; it was not. So now I check my account at GE Money...I find a payment credit for the minimum amount, not the amount I specified, and a $25 late fee! Now I am really p'd off...so start the call routine...after going all through the dreaded automatic phone system, it tells me to call back on a normal business day. There is another 800 # on the GE site that says 24/7; don't believe it, it is the same system. And if you are lucky enough to be connected with a real person, have a translator on board. I am trying to find an address for the corporate headquarters; I beginning to think they have pitched a tent in the desert somewhere and move it around. I did find a site with lovely pictures and some names. I plan on doing more searching and hopefully I will find someone to write to. My advice...learn from history or you are doomed to make the same mistake! I cancelled the e-statement and I will probably just send them a check for the full amount and cut up that Care Credit Card. Oh, and don't try to call care credit either.

I used care credit for dental surgery. When I applied I was told to keep my interest low I would need to pay $150 a month even thought the minimum was 100.

I made evry payment on time wit a minimum of 150 sometimes I paid more. After nine moths I recieved a bill for a minimum payment of $1877! I called and they told me that the plan I had was a limited time offer and since I didn't pay the balance in full off in that nine month time frame they adjusted my account for 29.99% intrest accured over that nine month time frame which I now had to pay in one payment. Yeah, like I just have $1800 dollars laying around.

If I did I NEVER WOULD HAVE BORROWED TO HAVE THE PROCEEDURE DONE! Paying this off in the next couple of weeks and I will NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THESE CROOKS EVER AGAIN!

I will try to avoid any thing or buisness that has any affiliation with these people. Thanks for robbing me blind GE Money Bank.

Motorhome loan

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They refused for 2 years to give me the information I as a consumer are entitled too. I had to withhold payment before they would even respond. They call repeatedly and never are they able to discuss the account and what happen as they are never prepared. They will not even listen to our complaints. They say they have no records of the calls even though the letters (3) where sent registered and they signed for them. They just give a *** about the customer and any complaints we have against them at all. They use a different person to call each time and that person knows nothing except to demand money that is not due.

Incorrect information to credit agencies. Killing my credit score.

I took a carecredit loan for $500.00 on June of 2006. GEMoneybank sold this loan to Arrow Financial in January of 2007. I PAID THIS LOAN IN FULL to Arrow (who--DID own the loan now) in May of 2007. On my credit report, gemoneybank says that I owe THAM $950.00!!! The loan was only for $500.00 and they sold it to someone else! They REFUSE to take this off of my credit report because they say that I never paid them! Why would I pay gemoneybank, when they sold the loan to someone else? And I paid it in full! I have letters from Arrow saying that I owe nothing! Yet, gemoenybank says I owe $950.00 on a $500.00 loan! Damage Resulting This is keeping my credit score at a point where interest rates are higher and at times, impossible to get even a car loan! Everything else on my credit score is perfect. This is killing it!

copy the paid off notice and send it to each of the credit bureaus requesting to have it expunged and explain that ge credit is trying to claim it was not paid. i did that with a credit card then they canxelled my card but allowed me to pay it off at the lower rate that i had started it with.

Pissed off GE customer

I pay my account on time every month AND make a extra payment every month to make sure I'm not charged a late fee.In Aug I ran into financial trouble and didn't make the payment because i had made the extra payment already and therefore it would go to the next month WRONG i was just told i could make ten payments and that just counts as one payment for that month.I can not believe this "supervisor" wouldn't even budge and say ok your always on time well let it go this time this is just disgusting.

I agree that managemnet needs to be more careing and explain better or put it into the billing PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS TO EARLY BEFORE THE DUE DATE OR you will get hit with late fees and other charges. It is wrong the way credit companys charge people all these fees just for paying too early! waiting for reply from BBB.

GE Money Bank Crooks

Be careful applying for loans. Applied for a low low interest rate to buy equipment. Turns out to receive GE Money Bank credit card account. I do have the low interest rate, however the problems begin. Paid first bill online and received a confirmation number. A week later I was informed by GE Money Bank that the transaction did not go through. Of course it was my fault. Eventually I had a late fee waived after hours on the phone with them. So I sent original payment by mail to square up. We received another call the next month, we are late payment again. Only due to that the late fee prior was not removed from amount due, but the balance. Assuming they wouldn't lie. There statements are vague at best. This time we had no choice to pay the second late fee. So, we agree to pay by phone by the pushy foreigners without warning of hidden charges. Well I found the hidden charges on my bill. Point is, apparently they will get the money from you some how, even if they have to wear you down. VERY DISAPPOINTED with GE MONEY BANK!! Why can't an American company find English speaking workers, after all we are paying for the service!

The only advice I have for you is to document everything you can. Save confirmation number's everything you can. Even if you have to go back through time to put it together, you will be able to state your case much more proficient.

Don't make thing's too easy. Keep calling them and make them explain until you understand. With some of the customer service rep's, it could take awhile.

Yep, the worst loan I ever had and service is like getting the bad end of an ugly stick by someone pretending to be friendly.

Does anybody know what happened to the Class Action Lawsuit against this malicious scam artist company? I opened a carecredit acct for surgery because I did not have insurance and needed it, I received a bill prior to me even going in for the surgery and although I was told @ my DR office that it would be so affordable and I would only have to pay $100 a month, it was $600!

I was so astonished, but since I never had issues and did not want to ruin my credit- I paid it, but it seemed everytime I made one of these payment(more than my car payment) it increased- As I kept track of my payments and finished paying according to my figures- the bill was more than I even got credit for,when I called to complain I could not get through to the Customer Service Rep. that was only trained to take payments and his english was limited because they outsource their services to India. It was a nightmare. Here I am almost 3 years later- and am getting sued by the company for an astonishing ant-that wasn't even how much I received.

I really don't know what to do especially because alot of things have changed including me loosing my job- I cannot afford to hire a lawyer to defend me, nor do I want this to hang over my head for yeats. Please if anybody has any information on what's going on with the class action law suit against GE and if you have any advise of what I can do about what they are doing to me!
